Designed, developed, and administered standardized psychometric assessment tools to support the recruitment and selection process within the Uganda Police Force.
The project involved creating competency-based testing frameworks to evaluate cognitive ability, personality traits, and suitability for law enforcement roles. The assessments improved the objectivity and efficiency of candidate selection during the recruitment cycle (Nov 2015 – Jan 2016).
