PIBA Consult Limited conducted an assessment of enterprise-based training institutions offering Modular and Worker Performance Assessment Systems (PAS) programs to evaluate their capacity, compliance, and effectiveness in delivering industry-relevant skills training. The project involved reviewing institutional structures, training approaches, assessment methodologies, trainer competencies, facilities, and quality assurance systems.
The assessment aimed to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement among participating institutions while ensuring alignment with national skills development standards and labour market requirements. PIBA provided recommendations to enhance training delivery, improve assessment practices, strengthen institutional capacity, and promote the provision of quality vocational and workforce development programs.
