Establishment of Exceed Institute of Safety, Management and Technology (EISMAT)

PIBA Consult Limited was engaged in 2017 to lead the establishment of the Exceed Institute of Safety, Management and Technology (EISMAT) from concept to operational launch. The project encompassed institutional strategic planning, feasibility studies, academic programme development, governance framework design, regulatory compliance with the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE), staff recruitment support, infrastructure planning, and institutional branding. PIBA also developed market-driven curricula in occupational safety, disaster management, and technology, while creating a strong institutional identity and marketing strategy.

The successful implementation enabled EISMAT to launch as a fully accredited higher education institution, providing industry-relevant training and contributing to the development of a skilled workforce in Uganda.
