PIBA Consult Limited was contracted by Meritorious Biz Tech College to design and develop market-driven academic programmes at the Certificate, Diploma, and Bachelor’s degree levels.
The project involved conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, aligning curricula with Uganda’s national higher education standards, and incorporating industry requirements to ensure graduates possess relevant, practical, and employable skills. The developed programmes were structured to support the country’s socio-economic development by producing competent professionals equipped to meet current and emerging labour market demands.
